Travelogue Korea: The War Memorial of Korea

Hey, we're standing in front of The War Memorial of Korea.

How to get to Korean War Memorial:
From Songnae Station, We took Subway Line 1 to Seoul Station, and changed to Line 4, where we stopped at Samgakji Station. Journey from Songnae to Samgakji took around 50++ minutes, and keluar through exit 12, jalan terus kat laluan pejalan kaki tu for 5+ minutes will get you to Korean War Memorial :)

Quite a long trip. Around 1 hour from Songnae.

I told you, the stairs will kill. Look at my mum.

Sampai2, we did another take 2 and makan lagi. Haha. Lepas penat berjalan dari station ke station, we stopped at Family Mart (Ala2 7-11 lah kot), beli Hot Chocolate 1,000 KRW (RM 3) and melantak roti yang dah pun sejuk. Haha apa kisah janji terisi lah perut ni.

Actually untuk masuk The War Memorial of Korea kena bayar, 3,000 KRW per person (RM 9). But itu kalau korang nak masuk and tengok document2 and memorabilia masa perang dulu, which is located inside of the building. For the outdoor part of the museum, it displays tugu2 peringatan and vehicles, tanks, field artillery, air craft, armored car, guns from warships, submarines, radar, etc which were used in World War II, Korean War, and Vietnam War (ayat copy paste dari website ni, hehe. Aku tak berapa tahu terms dia ;P).

Malaysian soldiers? Haha.

Medan perang. Jeng jeng.

The navy.

Tengah aim kat siapa tah. Jangan main suka2 hati shoot orang lak!

Ready for War.

My dad's in love with this place :)

Nak beli ni bawa balik rumah, haha.

Aku balik Malaysia dengan mende alah ni tau nanti, haha.

Dad in limelight.

Wohoooo (apa point pun tak tau) =__=''

Peace Monument. Tapi monument tu je lah yang peace. Yang tengah posing tu tak 'peace' mana pun. Heheh. xD

Ini monument juga ke? Haha.

Serupa tak? xD

Memorial for the soldiers involved in the war. But masa mula2 tengok mende alah ni geli pula. ;P

What the Sulaiman family did was, kitorang save duit seciput yang ada, ambil2 gambar outdoors aje, and then nyah dari tempat tu. And of course, kitorang jimat masa juga :) As night falls, temperature plummeted, kitorang pun panaskan badan dengan shopping ;D But I'll spare you the shopping moments under a different post at the end of my Travelogue Korea okay :)

To be continued---- Day 2, Petite France.
